Who we are
Vicky is the 40-year interior design veteran. To Pearhaus, she brings deep industry fluency and a decades-long curiosity about how the process could be simpler, faster, and more human.
Alex comes from the world of automation, systems design and service strategy. Her work focuses on decoding the invisible forces that make a space — and customer experience — feel intuitive and intelligent.
Pearhaus is led by Vicky and Alex—a mother-daughter duo with a shared love of design and two very different ways in.
